WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS AN ELECTRICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR

In this critical role, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee and lead our team of technicians and installers, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the dispatcher, you will optimize scheduling to meet the demands of our clients and maximize efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for training and developing our technicians, as well as playing an integral role in the hiring process to build a strong and cohesive team. Your ability to drive revenue and prioritize customer satisfaction will be essential to the success of our business!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ELECTRICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR?

We're looking for someone who can work 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday while meeting the following qualifications:

5+ years of electrical service experience

Leadership skills

Managerial experience is preferred but not required
