MOVE FORWARD WITH US

What you will be doing:

Provides comprehensive technical support for internal customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing tickets in ServiceNow, and ensuring optimal performance across all technology platforms.

Deploys new PCs to end users, provides training, utilizes imaging and deployment tools, and maintains IT assets and inventories in ServiceNow.

What you need:

Bachelor’s or Associates degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related degree (required)

1 to 3 years of related experience (preferred).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Operating systems (Required), Microsoft Office Products (Required) JDE (preferred).

A+ certification (preferred).
