Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and process invoices for billing partners including drafting, editing and preparing pre-bills
Utilize ProLaw to combine case and matter management with time entry, billing, and accounting
Finalize bills per attorney/client specifications and/or guidelines
Review and verify the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, as required
Confirm rates and any fee arrangements are reflected for each individual matter
Create and print/upload, mail or email final client billing
Generate billing statements and production reports upon request and ensure strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications include:
Minimum of two years of law firm billing, AP/ AR experience required
ProLaw case management skills required
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
