Salary: $1,390/month

Position: Day Porter

Location: Virginia

Salary: $1,390 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and break rooms.

Empty trash cans and ensure proper waste disposal.

Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing loose handles).

Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).

Maintain floors in high-traffic areas.

Set up and prepare meeting rooms for conferences and events.

Adhere to safety protocols (e.g., placing wet floor signs).

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred.
