Summary
Our client was founded 11 years ago by Americans living in the Philippines and is a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm with three offices, two in the Philippines and one in Belize. They are in immediate need of talented sales professionals in the United States with experience working with or for Business Process Outsourcing firms to join their team. They want highly motivated sales professionals who can engage in sales conversations, build and manage their pipeline, and reach out to prospective clients. To be successful, you will need to be able to present and promote their services to prospective clients and at industry conferences and events. Ideal candidates will bring potential clients on day one and will need to be savvy in using various approaches including cold calling, digital channels, while staying up to date on current trends. This role is competitive where your success is managed by your performance, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with goal setting and hitting targets. These positions report to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development who is also based in the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop strong, long-term relationships at the senior management level with target firms
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Build a team of salespeople under your direction
Outstanding communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks
Resilient, creative “hunter” of new businesses
Strong attention to detail and listening skills, to attend to the customer’s “pain points”Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience in a lead generation and a successful proven track record in BPO sales is a plus
Degree in marketing, promotion, advertising sales, or business administration
Extensive experience selling face to face with new business prospects
Proven experience in writing successful RFPs
A hunger to drive and deliver on new business sales targets
Experience working within a fully autonomous field-based role
A mature approach to consultative selling
Strong written and verbal communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude, with an unyielding passion for success

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proficiency in English
