You will serve our guests at the restaurant by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. $2.13 hourly + tipsResponsibilities:

Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities

Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors

Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests

Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations

Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructedQualifications:

Previous experience working in food service is preferred

Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members

Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
