Responsibilities:

Develop, manage and execute 2-3 food categories that meet and exceed financial goals and objectives

Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure the success of your assigned categories

Conduct regular category reviews to ensure that product assortments, pricing, and promotions are optimized for success

Manage relationships with vendors to negotiate terms and secure exclusive products and deals

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging products, and best practices to continuously improve category performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in category management or a related area

Experience working with KSA local suppliers/merchants in e-grocery industry (e-com) is a must

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies

Strong negotiation skills

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English and Arabic
