Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (night shift) with on-call availability during the day

Responsibilities:

Work alongside and oversee night operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.

Manage a team during evening hours, providing guidance and support.

Handle on-call duties during the day, addressing urgent matters promptly.

Monitor employee performance and address any issues or concerns.

Collaborate with upper management to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.

Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities during daytime hours.
