Listing Manager

Experience in real estate preferred! If you thrive on exceeding expectations and love providing top-notch support, we want you! This role isn't confined to 9-to-5; you'll be the right hand to the owner, providing support whenever and wherever it's needed.

We're seeking a forward-thinking, motivated individual to join our team as a Listing Manager. You'll work closely with the Team Owner, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service through Care, Commitment, and Communication.

The ideal candidate is assertive, organized, detail-oriented, ambitious, and results-driven. Problem-solving and innovative thinking are essential traits. Obtaining a real estate license promptly (if not already held) to better assist the team is a priority.

Compensation:

Base salary of $45,000 - $50,000

Owner Support:

Manage electronic signature and filing systems.

Coordinate client communications and listings.

Negotiate contracts and handle agent inquiries.

Ensure all documentation is complete.

Initiate workflows and manage prospecting lists.

Automate client communication and mailers.

Handle call forwarding and email management.

Coordinate client calendar bookings and team meetings.

Assist with pending/closing questions.

Manage invoicing and payments.

Assist with showing preparation and agent research.

Provide after-hours support as needed.

Team Management:

Coordinate listing and pending submissions.

Schedule photography sessions and courier services.

Address team inquiries regarding platforms, contracts, and MLS procedures.

Provide proactive problem-solving support.

Maintain awareness of deadlines and communicate reminders.

Organize team events.

Facilitate workflows within the CRM system.

Manage lead assignments and updates.

Maintain and update team resources.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Support tracking of pending and closing numbers.Qualifications:

2+ years experience supporting executives.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Real estate license (or willingness to obtain).

Outstanding organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Comfortable taking charge and showing initiative.

Proactive problem solver.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

Customer service focus.

College degree and social media experience preferred.

Comfortable dealing with strong personalities.

Thorough and loves to-do lists.
