Gekko Allstate Insurance agency is hiring for bilingual Insurance sales/service staff to join our growing team! We are looking for a team player that is good with people, loves helping others and wants to build and grow in a new career!

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese

Property and Casualty license required (can help obtain license)

Life license is a plus but not required

Can work close quarters with other colleagues

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined

Job Duties:

Handle inbound phone calls

Navigate and help walk- ins

Outbound calling, service or cross sell NO COLD CALLING

Answer customer questions and guiding them on offered programs

Provide accurate and friendly client support

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed

Make presentations and develop quotes

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Pay: Offer to start $27/hr, once licensed can make 6% of P&C premiums sold and share in agency incentives, be sponsored at our cost for Life licensing where you can make roughly 50% of premiums sold.
