Oversee all bookkeeping tasks including complex accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end closings.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and report generation using advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables, macros, and complex financial models.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data with precise reconciliation of accounts and preparation of detailed financial statements.

Implement and oversee financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the administrative team to optimize financial processes and integrate systems within the office setting.

Proactively engage in cost reduction strategies and budget review sessions to drive financial performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation Range: $50,000-$70,000
