Responsibilities:
Complete a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and projects within the facility.
Perform light carpentry projects including interior trim, doors, flooring, and windows.
Perform a wide variety of general handyman work including gutter cleaning, installing bathroom exhaust fans, installing window blinds, mailbox installation, etc.
Complete light electrical projects including outlet replacement, lighting fixture installation, ceiling fan installation, etc.
Patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim or other requested areas.
Assess and identify areas that need maintenance and repairs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in general maintenance or construction.
Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information: The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have a passion for fixing things. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to follow safety procedures and regulations.
