Ferraro Spine and Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary outpatient medical practice committed to helping patients live without pain and move better than yesterday. Based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, FSR has served the community for over 25 years.

As Front Desk Coordinator, you will:

Provide exceptional customer care to patients, referrals, and physicians

Maintain a multi-faceted appointment schedule across the practice

Manage multi-line phone system and relay messages as needed

Participate in day-to-day practice management, including processing payments and communicating with patients, physicians, and all other third parties

Obtain information from patients and register in our integrated practice management system

Track productivity, referral sources, and cancellations in associated logs

Accept additional tasks as assigned

Support the growth of the practice

We are seeking candidates who:

Are powerful communicators and effective listeners

Can multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic medical office environment

Have previous experience with practice management systems

Have a background in supporting finance and cash management

Are organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

Are capable of taking in new information and processing it accordingly.

Have a working knowledge of PC applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Etc.

Innate customer service skills

Have a working knowledge of health insurance and the pre-certification process
