Wedding & Events Sales & Marketing Representative

Roles: The role of the Wedding and Events Sales Representative is to facilitate sales of weddings and Events for Park Crest Events Venues, while maximizing opportunities for additional events during a wedding weekend. Responsible for coordinating all wedding sales and related business by performing the following duties;

Responsibilities:

Promote the Park Crest Events Facilities All Inclusive Values.

Prospect, schedule and follow through with appointments for our guests to view our facilities and give an overview of our All Inclusive packages and options.

Create proposals based on needs, interests and expectations of the wedding couple, including all facets of the Facility. - Close sales and all aspects of sales management.

Write multi-layered contracts and agreements covering all aspects of a wedding/Event.

Attend regional bridal shows.

Prepare Event Orders for distribution. Communicate and confirm any event change2`2stoh the appropriate staff.

Coordinate with Park Crest PLUS to order necessities for events such as linens, cakes, flowers, ice carvings etc.

Complete Event Orders with guaranteed counts, settle a questionnaire ny financial debts or credits. Mail thank you letters along with a guest.

Works closely with our Banquet leader and his/her coordinators.

Participate in weekly Group Impact Meetings and Executive Meetings, addressing issues and concerns for Owner and Management groups relative to the wedding and Events segments.

Daily use of Catering and CRM software to book event space and create BEO's.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years Wedding Event sales experience preferred

Relationship management - Highly organized. Strong work ethic.
