Corbus, LLC is currently seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist / Contract Administrator to work with a team of Supplier Personnel, including material expediters & contract administrators supporting multiple sites for a large manufacturing company. The role focuses on Supplier Fulfillment (material expediting) and works directly with our Client’s Plant Material Managers and Business Unit level Procurement & Material Leads. The role also entails proactively addressing supplier issues that arise each day during plant shop floor and business center reviews. Duties include but are not limited to:

· Manage supplier relationships, drive material expediting, delivery strategy and execution at identified suppliers

· Drive delivery health metrics for on-time delivery, low delivery span, and low delinquency across identified suppliers

· Collaborate with suppliers to execute capacity plans & identify capacity risks at suppliers.

· Process identification and mapping skills.

· Identify and resolve input material risks through raw material reviews with suppliers.

· Monitor and ensure suppliers commitment on parts is on schedule.

· Apply early risk identification techniques to deliveries.

· Communicate Process outcomes & risks/mitigations effectively and efficiently during shop floor and business center reviews.

· Lead strategic supplier discussion (i.e. dual source, supplier change, etc …) items with client’s Procurement PBU & Category leadership.

Qualifications and Desired Characteristics:

· Two year degree from an accredited university or college preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Fulfillment or similar.

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to influence others and lead teams.

· Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and work to a strict schedule.

· Effective problem identification and problem solving skills.

· Proven analytical and organizational ability.

· Tenacious although professional when working with supplier challenges.

· Ability to travel to suppliers in the USCompany Description
