Marketing Account Coordinator – Collegiate Licenses

The ideal candidate will:

Work closely with Mano's collegiate licensed partners (70+ universities)

Develop and manage a collegiate content distribution calendar

Develop specific campaigns for each license to meet sales growth goals and maintain/grow brand awareness

Work with our digital marketing agency to provide direction and review ad performance, SEO and Google Analytics

Analyze past sales performance and help to set future sales goals

Work with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase customer and licensor satisfaction through cohesive strategies

Assist with copy for marketing materials and press releases

Create and maintain media lists (including alumni associations, parent groups, local media etc)

Manage collegiate email schedule and analyze email campaigns

Ideal candidate would be/possess:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of post-graduate experience - experience working with or for collegiate institutions preferred

A Self-starter who manages time and organizational skills with a great attitude

Understanding of how to organize and plan content that tells a compelling story to the desired audience

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet commitments

Strong research skills and attention to detail

Superb interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of social media and reporting tools (Google Analytics)

Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment

Thrives in a fast-paced environment
