Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Looking for a motivated and safety-oriented warehouse manager to join the team! We need someone who is knowledgeable in the workings of a warehouse, employee training, leadership, and customer service. This person would need to be available and responsive to all shifts when needed, regularly participating when required for additional coverage (shortchanges, weekend coverage, et c). This is a working manager position.

Salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 based upon experience. Great benefits include, medical, dental/vision, PTO, 401K and more.

Job Description:

Responsible for overall warehouse operations.

Maintaining warehouse metrics.

Employee training/onboarding.

Build/maintain warehouse SOPs.

Maintaining accurate payroll records - approving timecards, time off request, communicating any issues with HR, et c.

Maintaining safety standards, including food safety

Plan/monitor daily labor requirements.

Maintaining OSHA compliance

The ideal candidate would have employee development and performance management skills, as well as knowledge with WMS, inventory management, and computers. We are looking for someone who can foster a cooperative environment, as well as train and supervise staff, and schedule work assignments.
