Your responsibilities will include promoting home warranty and energy-related products, all while delivering outstanding customer service through inbound sales calls. We are in search of representatives who embody the company's values with a professional and engaging demeanor, complemented by a sales-oriented mindset.

REWARDS:

Potential overall annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 (inclusive of an hourly base plus uncapped monthly bonus structure and overtime opportunities)

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED

1 year of customer service or sales experience (phone and sales experience is preferred)

Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the office in Naperville, IL

Flexibility to work during operational hours (between 7 am-7 pm, Monday to Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle inbound calls with outstanding customer service in a prompt manner

Convert calls into sales of home warranty and energy-related products

Assist customers with starting, stopping, or transferring utility services

Demonstrate a high level of positivity and professionalism
