As a Bilingual Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, providing friendly and efficient customer service, and maintaining a tidy checkout area.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Assist with restocking merchandise as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
