The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for building cabinet components, in process quality, delivery, This position requires a valid Class C driver’s license

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembly

•\tRead and assemble according to assembly blueprints and notes

•\tReviews and ensures quality of cabinet components

•\tProactively communicate with production manager on job questions, quality concerns, and possible delays

•\tTrack assemble progress

•\tFollow schedule and complete task lists

•\tDaily in process quality checks

•\tProvide ownership of proper maintenance of machines and cleanliness of shop

•\tWork toward shop goals

QUALIFICATIONS

•\tMinimum 1 years experience custom cabinet construction

•\tMinimum 1 year experience custom cabinet installation

•\tExceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

•\tStrong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•\tGood judgment and problem-solving abilities.

•\tAbility to work independently within a team-oriented environment.

•\tFosters a positive work environment.

COMPENSATION:

•\tA work schedule of nine hours Monday through Thursday, and four hours Friday.

•\tSupplying Central Oregon Homeowners with excellent cabinets they will be happy with for years and years

Deschutes River Cabinet and Closet is a small, locally owned and operated, fast-growing custom cabinet company located in beautiful Bend, OR. We started in a garage and growing annually for ten years. Our projects include new track home construction, custom construction, renovations, and closet systems. We have a stable and established clientele, with a wide range of work scheduled into 2025.
