Position Summary:

Looking for a chance to work for a scaling SaaS company while working and collaborating in a remote environment? myCOI may be the place for you! We are looking for a SaaS B2B entrepreneurial-minded Sales Development Representative with experience developing qualified sales leads into targeted businesses ideally within the construction, real estate and insurance industries. We are rapidly scaling our business and expanding our sales team with Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to elevate their careers and compensation opportunities while providing their customers with exceptional products and services. To be successful in the role, the Sales Development Representative will qualify, score and distribute sales leads to the appropriate Sales Account Executive using techniques and tools including data analysis and outbound calls to potential customers. You'd bring experience with short and longer sales cycles, have a consultative selling style, be able to speak to past sales development successes and be driven to win. In return, you will have an opportunity to assist in capturing a $3.2B open market, be given opportunities to learn, develop and grow into a Sales Account Executive role and have the ability to work independently while having a team to support your success. Essential Responsibilities:

Analyze and score MQL’s, converting them to SQL’s

Making outbound calls to potential customers

Identify, analyze, and assess customer potential, then providing data to aligned business partners

Warm leads for sellers, diffusing objections while presenting myCOI’s value proposition

Utilize internal tools or develop tools to route leads to appropriate sales team

Leverage CRM tools and engagement platforms to track opportunity progress

Provide monthly reporting to track effectiveness metrics and work with business partners to identify and profile ideal leads

Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing solutions

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of B2B or B2B2C sales development experience, preferably in a quota carrying role

Demonstrated cold calling, sales outreach, lead evaluation and scoring experience

Experience building rapport with prospects

Experience working and demonstrating products professionally and remotely in a home office setting (via Google Meet, RingCentral, etc.)

Data and application acumen, specifically with Salesforce.com and Excel, to interpret and evaluate sourced leads

Tech savvy with solid computer skills - Google, Salesforce, MS Office

Experience using technology like Gong, 6Sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, and G-suiteExcellent customer service/relationship building skills

Ability to prepare and present reporting on results including assessments and recommended actions

Ability to manage work under deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
