**Job Description**

+ _Take direction from Team Lead_

+ _Communicate with the Team Lead/ Group Leaders to ensure Orders are ready on time._

+ _Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage of parts, materials, and products._

+ _Monitor the Shipping Schedule for all changes._

+ _Ensure the plants are sending the Shipping Program before 2pm_

+ _Ensure documents are turned into the front office clerk daily_

+ _Report any discrepancies on the program to appropriate plant_

+ _Report Damage material and discrepancies for inbound trailers to the appropriate plant_

+ _Ensure customer shipments are loaded in a timely manner to meet the window time_

+ _Ensure Post Goods have been sent through the system_

+ _Ensure the Shipping Board is up to date on the Monitor_

+ _Maintain the Issue Log on a daily basis_

+ _Regular participation in special tasks as assigned such as 6S._

+ _Responsible for one's own work_

+ _Constant safety mindset necessary to prevent injury to others, due to inherent hazards. An accident, should it occur, would result in injuries of a partially incapacitating nature such as loss of a limb or eye, or severe health hazard._

OTHER WORKPLACE & PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ _Willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours. Sometimes the job requires staying later or working weekends to assist with operational issues. _

+ Daily use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of numbers including decimals and fractions; simple use of formulas, charts, tables, schedules, checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data, where interpretation is required.

+ _Use of safe lifting techniques while lifting, moving up to 50 pounds of product in elevated and/or difficult positions._

+ _Frequent lifting and repetitive lifting_

+ _Direct work with chemicals and exposure to chemicals_

+ _Climbing on ladders frequently_

+ _Operation of loud machinery_

+ _Operation of any heavy equipment and/or tools, vehicles_

**Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

+ _Over 1 year up to and including 3 years relevant supply chain and warehouse experience_

+ Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency

+ Valid OSHA certification of powered industrial truck such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, Sit Down, etc...

Preferred Qualifications:

+ _Minimum of two years of experience with MS Office software suite preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)_

+ Continuous attention to detail, usually repetitive work or diversified work

+ _Self-motivated_

+ _Bilingual: English / Spanish_
