Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be working in a busy call center and will be responsible for assisting customers book executive ground transportation.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails in a timely manner

Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information to customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessaryCompany Description
