Job Description

CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

Compute basic math calculations

Switch between multiple computer systems

Effectively handle calls while maintaining the client’s and Firm’s standards

Requirements:

Bilingual

Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, state, and local collection laws

Navigate through the CUB’s system

Basic computer skills
