Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Billing Specialist for a client of ours in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate client billing and maintaining client accounts efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Generate and review monthly invoices for assigned projects
Liaise with other departments to communicate billing status and resolve inquiries.
Update client information and assist with setting up electronic billing when needed
Conduct thorough research on client account details, including expenses and credits.
Collaborate on special projects as assigned by managers or supervisors.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in billing or accounting functions preferred
Strong mathematical aptitude, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and meet deadlines consistently.
Job Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Pay: $45 – 55k (depending on experience)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: 3 days in office 2 days remote
