ENG Manufacturing Engineer III

Job Description

Volt is immediately hiring a Senior Sustaining Engineer in San Antonio, TX with a well-known industry leader.

In this Role you will be responsible for supporting large-scale programs for the Product Engineering Department. In addition, the Senior Product Engineer performs work that involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unconventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.

This is a first shift position.

As a Senior Sustaining Engineer you will:

Be Responsible for organizing, planning, monitoring, controlling, and scheduling the necessary activities of large scale projects to achieve goals.

Requires strong technical writing in support of design inputs, design outputs, qualification activities, regulatory requirements, and related pursuits.

Follow Design Control procedures and comply with requirements of 21CFR820 Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 as applicable.

Plan, develop, and implement Engineering Change plans

Estimated Duration 24+ months.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Electrical, or similar Engineering disciplines

Quality system, Design Control, ISO and scheduling experience

Pay Rate: $45.00-50.00 hr.
