Configure and deploy new or refurbished equipment to end-users; laptops, desktops, and printers
Configure and deploy wireless equipment specifically warehouse handheld devices and wireless printers
MDM troubleshooting of Tablets and Handheld devices using SOTI MOBIControl
Server 2019 Active Directory and file structure knowledge
Application experience: Microsoft Applications; Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in Microsoft Business Central - a plus
Purchasing computer equipment; laptops, desktops, and peripherals
ForcePoint Cloud Security Gateway- E-Mail filtering software
Disposal and inventorying of retired equipment
Travel to other Boston locations
Operating system experience; Windows 10, Server 2016, 2019 and SQL Server a plus.
Work Conditions
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.
