As the Senior Manager of ERP and B2B Integrations based in Preston, WA, you will drive major initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Leadership: Manage the operation and service delivery of ERP solutions across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Concur, ensuring scalability and system resilience.

B2B Integration Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B strategies using EDI and API-based connections to optimize communication with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of ERP and EDI professionals, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with various business departments to assess system needs, identify pain points, and propose solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Innovation in Integration: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in ERP and B2B integrations to maintain and enhance competitive edge.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across the company through consistent product delivery and effective communication.

Requirements

Experience: 6+ years with ERP and EDI systems, including significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Leadership: At least 4 years in technology team management with a proven track record in leading successful ERP implementations.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in deploying and integrating ERP systems, familiarity with DevOps, and proficiency in CRM/Service Desk Ticketing software.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
