Project Surveyor

Salary Range: $95K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits.

WORK FROM HOME OPTION A growing full service civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Surveyor.

The Project Surveyor's key responsibility is to plan and coordinate projects which may include aerial mapping control, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, computer mapping, consolidation/subdivision plats, construction layout, easement, and legal document preparation, erosion control plans, geographic information systems, development surveys, land acquisition, property line surveys, residential site plans, right-of-way plan development, subdivision designs, topographic surveys, and utility inventory mapping.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Surveying required Professional Surveyor license is preferred OR appropriate progress toward achieving professional license.

Must have a minimum 5+ years' experience.

Must be proficient with survey technology and equipment, and other company software as needed.

MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) experienced.

AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred Job site visitation as required.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
