Perform various assigned tasks within wafer fabrication area. Work from specific written and oral instructions, drawings, and written procedures.

Job Description

You can perform repetitive operation in preparing and processing wafers/photo masks such as: loads/unloads, monitor and operate wafer fabrication process equipment, process monitoring equipment (microscopes, etc), and all other assigned tools and equipment; aligns, etchs, strips, prints, bakes, cleans, issues, stocks, maps, and photomasks. Monitors and records quality of own work.

You can follow all work instructions.

You can maintain wafer flow within and between process areas.

You can input lot movement and measurement data to computerized inventory tracking system.

You can follow safety, wafer and tool handling, chemical handling, housekeeping and clean room requirements.

You can perform miscellaneous duties and operations as assigned and assist higher level personnel.

Job Requirements

Able to demonstrate proficiency regarding the computer and software requirements of the job.

Able to certify and recertify on a timely basis.

Prompt acknowledgement and understanding of changes to the process (TECO, QSI, etc.).

Able to learn and master new equipment and processes.

Able to communicate with other employees and supervision when necessary to the job.

Physical requirements of this job:

• Ability to wear a N.95 mask, smock, latex/mylar gloves and safety glasses (cleanroom material) for up to 11.5 hours a day

• Ability to stand for up to 11.5 hours a day

• Ability to lift and carry containers with both hands that weigh up to 8 lbs. for up to 11.5 hours a day

• Ability to stoop and reach overhead frequently
