SUMMARY
Grill Assemblers are responsible for assembling customer and store display grills correctly and efficiently, as well as select furniture sets. Delivery Helpers are responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers delivery orders to the Customer’s specified location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by the Service Center Manager
Ensure items are assembled according to the manufacturer directions
Perform a minimum daily assembly output as provided by the Service Center Manager
Report any defects or damages of any parts immediately to the Service Center Manager
Maintain a clean and safe work space and environment
Properly dispose of all waste accumulated during the assembly process
Perform professionally and effectively when interacting with Customers and Store Associates
Use equipment properly to ensure the safety of all Service Center team members
Follow delivery processes to ensure Customer expectations are met and/or exceeded
Assist the Delivery Driver execute the placement of delivery items as specified by the Customer
Report all customer satisfaction issues to the Service Center Manager
Must be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, customers, and supervisors

Compensation Details:
$15.00 per hour
