We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor for the first shift in our Dairy Manufacturing department. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in GMP Manufacturing, Dairy, HACCP, SQF, Food Safety, and Food Production. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dairy production line, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the first-shift dairy production line, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

2. Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

3. Adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations and guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure the safety of our products.

4. Utilize Safe Quality Food (SQF) protocols to further enhance the quality and safety of our products.

5. Monitor and manage food safety protocols, ensuring that all products meet or exceed regulatory standards.

6. Develop and implement strategies to optimize food production processes, improving efficiency and productivity.

7. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

8. Collaborate with other department supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

9. Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

10. Resolve any production issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the dairy or food manufacturing industry.

2. Proven knowledge and experience with GMP Manufacturing, Dairy, HACCP, SQF, Food Safety, and Food Production.

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performance teams.

4. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

6. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field is preferred.
