Sales Rep – Cabinetry & Millwork

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Rep experienced with Cabinetry and Millwork to join an exciting new opportunity with a growing team! The Sales Rep will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding the customers wants and needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while utilizing the ability to cross and upsell additional products and services.

Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Responsibilities for the Sales Rep:

Present and demonstrate cabinetry products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and designers to generate leads and drive sales.

Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive quotes, proposals, and estimates based on customer requirements.

Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers.

Requirements of the Sales Rep:

Minimum 3+ years of Sales experience with Cabinetry and/or Millwork

Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts and designs

Superior customer service skills including professional appearance and attitude

Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask

Strong personal leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cabinetry software
