Requirements/Qualifications:

Set up and adjust blow molding machines according to production specifications.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on blow molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues with blow molding machines and make necessary repairs.

Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues or machine malfunctions.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings and improve overall efficiency.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Keep detailed records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production data.

Train and mentor new operators on machine setup and operation procedures.
