General Laborer

Job Description

Flexicrew Technical Services is seeking a few Laborer/Support in Baldwin County, AL.

You must have excellent physical strength and stamina to keep up with this work. Laborer to support fence installers by loading and unloading material, supporting tools, and cleaning up the work area. Our ideal candidate has held some construction, or carpentry positions, whether in fence installation or a similar field.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Carpentry/Construction, General Labor experience a plus

Skills with both hand and power tools a plus

Forklift experience and licensure preferred

Physical strength and stamina

Communication and customer service skills

As a member of the production team, you’ll work with a great group of people who really care about the job you do. As a Production Operator, you’ll follow specific instructions to perform a variety of routine manual labor tasks or assist skilled workers in simple production, process or maintenance tasks.

Physical Requirements:

· Continuously stand, squat, bend, stoop, twist, climb, reach, walk and kneel

· Frequently push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift/carry up to 40 lbs

· Occasionally push/pull up to 100lbs and lift/carry up to 75 lbs

· Work 8-12 hours shifts in an uncontrolled temperature environment

Hourly rate is between $14 to $16 an hour depending on position. Company Description
