The Joy Robertson Agency is an Elite agency ranked in the top of it’s GA market. We invest in hungry sales/service professionals who strive to exceed their goals every day and exist to make a difference in the insurance world.
Our Candidate Requirements – Apply if you meet these
· Active Personal line or Property & Casualty licensed
· Strong communication skills (Happy excited voice, grammar, tone) People person
· Ability to critically think on the spot
· Confidence
· M-F 8:30 – 5:30 pm In Office- Warner Robins
· Either does not need or has health insurance elsewhere
· Want to make sure their clients are protected like you would your family and not just another number.
Here is what WE have to offer
Hourly Pay + Bonus – $16/Hr starting pay with an uncapped bonus opportunity
Office hours Mon-Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm) – 1 hour lunch on or off campus lunch

Your own office once tenured (Typically 6 months)
Here is what we need from YOU
Maintain an active Personal lines or P&C license.
Advise prospects on their everyday risk and how we can protect them. Protection mindset.
Bring 20-30 new clients into the agency per month.
Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
A typical day in the life includes:
Morning Meetings to get everyone on the same page as a team.
Receiving regular training and coaching to sharpen your sales and service skills
Completing inbound and outbound calls for sales and service cliental. Periodic in person office engagement for sales and service.
Attending occasional community events. Events are scheduled rotational by producer. Classic car shows are our favorite!
Walking into an open door policy that allows you to meet with the manager/owner as needed to discuss anything that is on your mind.
