Account Coordinator
Zing Professional Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent flavor/fragrance manufacturing company in Mount Olive, NJ, that is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join their team! Account Coordinator Hourly Rate:
· Pay: $28.00
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Job duties:
Coordinate all sales activities associated with a defined customer base
Access multiple computer systems to enter and retrieve information to process orders
Receives and processes orders and sample requests from customers, sales representatives and customer portals
Ensure customer special requirements, such as labeling, packaging, documents are entered into operating system and communicated to relevant departments
Confirm pricing, inventory availability, ship date, sample details and any other applicable information to customers in a timely manner via email, telephone or fax
Follow FIFO standard for lot selection in accordance with packaging and customer approved lots
Verify that customer specific documentation has been provided for all orders or samples
Prioritize orders and sample requests with shipping and sampling personnel to insure the dispatch of high priority orders or samples
Keep customers proactively informed about the status and progress of orders and sample requests, taking appropriate actions to meet promised ship dates and to prevent delays
Take initiative to perform thorough investigation of any matter related to customer base, by collecting data, presenting facts and providing suggestions to sales person, manager, or other appropriate departments in an organized and reasonable manner for follow up and resolution
Maintain continual contact with customers regarding pending issues and once resolved, contact customer to insure matter was resolved to customer’s satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries on billing issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate departments; Process customer complaints in ETQ, handle credits and inventory adjustments as necessary after appropriate authorization is received and organize return of goods if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
2-3 years’ experience in a customer service
Some College Level Course study
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Office 365, Oracle, AS400, and Microsoft Outlook.
