With a spacious 14,000 square feet, it will be the largest among our multiple locations. Our restaurant will be open seven days a week, serving delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize your 5+ year of high-volume restaurant experience to excel in your role.

• Display excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to stand for extended periods. You should also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Exemplify extraordinary hospitality, consistently going above and beyond to ensure each guest has an exceptional experience.

• Become well-versed with the menu, enabling you to provide genuine and personalized recommendations to patrons.

• Maintain a spotless and tidy dining area, treating every table as if it were in your own home.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, performing efficiently and calmly to deliver top-notch service.

• Handle spontaneous requests with ease and composure, adapting to on-the-fly changes without difficulty.

• Demonstrate familiarity with POS systems like TOAST and reservation systems like Resy (or any other digital/online reservation platforms).

• Have flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays, to accommodate the restaurant's needs.

• Be readily available to step in and support the team whenever necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
