Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Onsite)
Location: Houston, TX
Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer III, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, contributes to improving existing products and developing new ones. Lead cross-departmental teams, ensuring project success within budget and on time, adhering to regulatory standards.
Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
Lead cross-departmental teams for project completion
Plan and execute projects compliant with GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements
Establish project requirements through research, calculations, and layouts
Prepare product documentation, cost estimates, reports, and presentations
Create design drawings, schematics, and conduct tolerance computations
Plan and conduct engineering studies for equipment and process decisions
Design, build, and implement specialized micro machining and fabrication equipment
Identify and implement product and process improvements
Draft process validation protocols and conduct validations
Perform root cause analysis and resolve manufacturing and product-related issues
Electrical Engineering Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of electrical engineering experience
Experience developing products
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO-13485, AAMI BP-22, AAMI NS-28 is a plus
Experience conducting IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
