Job Description
Duties will include providing administrative support to the CEO and other administrative staff as needed. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Manage phone system (answer, document calls, check messages)
· Maintain office supplies/inventory and occasionally lunch orders
· Responsible for opening and posting mail
· Ensure company stays on task with bill payments
· Copy, organize and file documents
· Manage email box(s) and send/disseminate faxes
· Internet research as required
· Assist IT contractor with troubleshooting
· Maintain office appearance (clean and organize office/breakroom)
· Assist with Loan Files (processing/closing)
· Participate in loan processing training
· Assist with special events (organizing/ordering caterers, etc.)
· Additional duties as assigned
