We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. You will collaborate closely with content marketers and managers to produce engaging designs across a wide range of marketing collateral. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as a strong understanding of different social and digital platforms.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and editing various graphic designs to effectively represent the company's core message and value proposition to customers. He/She will be responsible for leading design strategy, creating & executing marketing design requirements and creating appealing graphics..

He/She should be an effective communicator & team player combined with a flexible and detail-oriented attitude and the ability to interact effectively with people.

Must-Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of graphic design fundamentals and principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.

Creative out of the box thinker who is intellectually curious.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Good to Have:

Previous experience working in a marketing team at an IT services organization, marketing/design agency, or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling designs for websites, web pages, email templates, social media graphics, banner ads, ebooks, infographics, flyers, brochures, blog headers, and more.

Develop unique advertising creative in video, animation, and still formats.

Lead the design and development of sales pitch decks, ensuring content alignment and updates as needed.

Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce compelling social media content and interactive landing pages.

Test the responsiveness of all assets across various platforms and devices.
