Job Description

As an HR Recruiter specializing in direct care workers, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and checking references. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualified candidates who align with our organization's values and are dedicated to providing compassionate care to our clients. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in iSolved to streamline recruitment workflows and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize iSolved and other recruitment tools to source and attract qualified candidates for direct care worker positions.

Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements for the role.

Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our organization.

Coordinate and conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment history and qualifications.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate orientation sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or social services industry.

Proficiency in using iSolved or similar HRIS platforms for recruitment and onboarding processes.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines and ADA accommodations.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to recruiting, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
