Family Law Paralegal

Job Description

A well-established family law firm is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal to enhance its team. The ideal Paralegal will possess at least 3 years of California family law experience and a paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities include:

Propounding and responding to discovery

Calendaring deadlines

Preparing petitions, disclosures, and other legal documents

Handling court filings

Assisting in trial preparation

This Paralegal will have a yearly billable requirement of 720 hours. The work hours for this paralegal role are 8 am to 5 pm.
