CNC Programmer / Machinist

Job Description

Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer with machining capabilities, experienced in Master Cam and CIMCO for 4 and 5 axis machines.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to perform both CNC programming and machining work.

Proficiency in manual G code creation and post processing.

Minimum of 5 years' experience with CNC programming specifically in Master Cam and CIMCO.

Experience setting up and operating manual and CNC milling, lathes, and OD-ID grinders with minimal supervision.

ITAR work regulations compliance required.

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in instructing and training on machine set-ups and operating principles.

Familiar with various machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Competent in making standard shop computations for dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds.

Ability to measure, mark, scribe dimensions, and reference points accurately.

Extensive experience (10-15+ years) operating a variety of manual and CNC machines including lathes, mills, and grinding machines.

Job Responsibilities:

Support operators to ensure production deadlines are met by providing input into manufacturing schedules and procedures.

Set-up standard measuring instruments effectively for use.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
