Projects Estimator

Projects Estimator required for an established and expanding Construction and Engineering company: * Full:time opportunity based near Southampton.

* Basic annual salary range A GBP 40,000 to A GBP 45,000 + Bonus . * Monday to Friday 42.5hrs per week.

* Pension / Company Performance Related Profit Share / Career Progression / Company Vehicle.

We are recruiting for a Projects Estimator who can manage a busy estimation and projects function, assessing and quantifying resources required, deliver to client requirements, prepare quotations / documentation etc and attend site meetings.

The suitable candidate will be required to attend meetings, accurately assess client requirements, define sub:contractor requirements and take an active role in Project Management.

Suitable candidates will need to: * Hold a UK driving licence.

* Have current Estimator/Projects experience gained within construction or engineering.

* Strong communication and numeracy skills, with attention to detail.

* Carry out site surveys and travel.

* Read and interpret construction plans and engineering drawings.

* Use MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook) and CRM Database.

* Travel and spend time away from home as and when required due to work schedules.
