Help resolved ad issue - unable to post video

Hello.

For some reason google is blocking my ad campaign by saying that it is due to ineligibility based on election advertising in the US.

My channel is about real estate in dubai and has nothing to do with us election or politics in general.

I have tried appealing twice, but it has been rejected.

Looking for someone who can help to resolve it.
