About Us:Join our dynamic team at AAI Consulting, a leading enterprise in transformative Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. We specialize in Oracle EPM, Anaplan, and SAP BPC technologies, driving innovation and business excellence for our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Principal EPM Consultant to join our team in Canberra, ACT/ Sydney, NSW. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, or in Anaplan, or in SAP BPC. Australian work permit is required.

Responsibilities:

Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team in presales activities, providing technical expertise and insights to potential clients.

Develop and present compelling solutions tailored to client needs including proof of concept and demos and RFP’s.

Project Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, solution architecture, and design phases of EPM projects. Manage and guide the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and project objectives.

Customer Interactions: Act as a key point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and project playbacks, addressing client feedback and ensuring satisfaction.

Mentoring the budding practice: Invest in the capabilities of the talented team members and customers on art of possible in EPM

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or SAP BPC.

Must have proven experience in presales activities, project delivery, and client interactions.

Strong understanding of EPM processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have skills in API integration e.g. REST and scripting knowledge on Groovy (must to have) Python or R.

Australian work permit is required.

CA/ CPA is preferred but not necessity.

Additional Skills:

Experience in managing and leading project teams.

Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Certifications in Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or SAP BPC are a plus.
