Our Customer Service Attendants are the first point of contact in providing exemplary service to our loyal customer base. You will welcome customers, receive and prepare garments for cleaning, and complete payment transactions.
The right candidate will be a motivated, results-driven individual who has a strong desire to learn and deliver consistent quality results.
Key tasks:
input incoming orders, complete order pick-ups
complete payment transactions and daily till reconciliation
confidently manage customer expectations, clearly communicate cleaning expectations and potential risks
prepare garments for cleaning; including checking of pockets, inspection for stains and defects
complete wardrobe inventory and ensure orders are accurately stored
Required skills and attributes:
minimum 3 years in an operations/results-focused role
physically fit and have the ability to stand on your feet and work*
sound computer (keyboard) skills
ability to accurately follow detailed procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner
non-smoker
Training: industry experience is not essential, however a willingness to learn is a must. On-the-job training provided.
Hours: 25 hours per week (inc some Saturday mornings). Must be able to work an 8.30am to 5pm day (weekdays).
Location: once you have completed your initial training, you will primarily work between our Wynnum and Gumdale stores. Preferance is for a candidate who is local to the area.
