Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Rockville, Maryland
Job Purpose:
Our company is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities and creating relationships with potential clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should have a strong desire to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and drive sales revenue by identifying and approaching new clients
• Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective client
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as call center, to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car

Pay:
Uncapped commission and bonuses
Earnings Average: $120,000 - $300,000.00 per year
