Project Partners is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience to assist our public client in the Santa Ana area. The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
The Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain confidentiality and security of information and materials
Proofread and edit documents
Maintain calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings
Take minutes and detailed notes at various official meetings
Use modern office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Make travel arrangements, prepares trip folders, and reconciles expenses
